I provide senior engineering services for fintech firms requiring reliable execution across backend infrastructure, data pipelines, and core platform systems. I work with a limited number of clients who value precision, technical depth, and long-term support over headcount.
My clients include small financial firms, trading platforms, and fintech SaaS providers operating in wealthtech, regtech, and banking infrastructure. I maintain full control of design, implementation, deployment, and lifecycle operations, with particular focus on audit-readiness, data security, and compliance.
Recent work includes a live, signal-driven trading system used by professionals - built and operated under my full technical stewardship, including backend development, infrastructure, performance optimisation, feature delivery, hosting, and support.
All systems are delivered with clean, testable code (Java, Spring, TypeScript, Flutter), audit logging, CI/CD pipelines, and technical documentation. I work directly with founders and CTOs - communication is centralised, deliverables are tracked, and ownership is fully transferred (infra, IP, documentation, training).
Services include new builds (MVP or production), legacy system maintenance, integration with brokers (e.g., Interactive Brokers, Saxo), and support for distributed, fault-tolerant, and multi-tenant architectures. Compliance with standards such as DORA, AML, GDPR, and KYOC is embedded from the start.
Hosting options include AWS, Azure, and bare metal. All systems support observability (monitoring, alerting, uptime dashboards) and privacy enforcement (encryption, access logs, role-based permissions, retention controls). I also provide guidance on transfer risk, escrow, and code handover where needed.
This is not a freelance model. I position between large fintech agencies and transactional developers - offering CTO-level oversight, full-stack delivery, and ongoing support without overhead. My structure is lean, contact is direct, and engagement is designed to start small and scale as trust is earned.
